I ❤️❤️ sharing my story, not to be a bragger, but to encourage someone to make a change. I knew I needed to make a change myself, because my grandchildren and children need me around for a long time. I was a yo-yo dieter, which got me a gold medal in misery.
Hot flashes, fatigue, depression, and high blood pressure made me one hot mess. I was overweight, a semi alcoholic, cigarette smoking, hot mess with no energy. Yes I was a top sales professional, but I had sacrificed my health.
I knew I needed to make a change. I followed the #8dayjumpstart system and lost 70 pounds in five months. I also brought my blood pressure down from 254 to 110.
I lost 12 pounds. and 11 inches in the first 8 days, eating 5 times a day. My belly went from 44″ to 32″ in less than 5 months and I have kept it off for over 2 years. I now have tons of energy and I do not suffer from depression anymore. I get a good nights sleep without night sweats, (hallelujah and thank you Jesus), and no more suffering from joint pain in my hip.
